Each wedding floral design investment is completely customized, based on the flower varieties, flower availability, colors, size and complexity of pieces and installations, guest count, etc. Our full service wedding floral design begins at $1,000 (i.e. for me to design and deliver your wedding flowers). However, we truly believe that everyone deserves beautiful wedding flowers! Therefore, we also offer an a la carte menu of florals with no minimum cost for you to pick up at the farm. We are also happy to provide bulk buckets for you to design with your self (only offered in season). We also have several rental options that we offer here.

Where do you get your wedding flowers?
Our farm-grown flowers take priority in our wedding designs, and we work together with other local growers to source our blooms as well. We do also work with a wholesaler to source anything that is grown our of our zone, is out of season here in Pennsylvania, or is a specific color palette that we cannot source locally.
Do you offer delivery and set-up?
Yes! We will deliver your flowers and set-up anything that needs installed on site before your ceremony. We do not offer teardown services (meaning you will need to remove your own flowers after your wedding day and/or have someone move your flowers if you are repurposing them between your ceremony and reception space).
Do you offer any rentals?
Yes! We have a growing collection of vases and some candles. You can see our current available rentals by clicking here.
We don't know anything about flowers, is that okay?
Of course - that's our job! We don't expect you to be an expert in flowers! When we discuss your florals together, it is helpful for you to have a color palette and some inspiration photos or a Pinterest board. When looking through your inspiration, we will be able to decipher the exact flowers, colors, and arrangement types necessary. Trust me, I am not judging you for not knowing a certain flower-type that you love!
Can we make changes in our design and quantity of items after we book you and sign our contract?
Absolutely. We know that things change and evolve while you are planning your wedding. As you finalize details closer to your wedding date, we can make any changes necessary up until 3 weeks before your wedding date.
What if we would want you to design some items, and we want to DIY some pieces?
This scenario is why we offer our "a la carte" option for florals. You let us know how many bouquets, boutonnieres, etc., and we will create them for you to pick-up at the farm. We can also provide bulk buckets of florals (in season), for you to design with on your own. Depending on our calendar, we may be able to deliver your a la carte items, if we are available, for an additional fee.
Do you offer other event florals like showers or parties?
Yes, we would be happy to create florals for your other events; we treat those much like our weddings in terms of the booking process, but instead of filling out the wedding inquiry contact form, please just email us at pleasantvalleyflowers@gmail.com.
Are you insured?
Yes, we are! Just let us know if your venue requires a certificate of insurance, and we will be happy to provide one for you.
